Dark chestnut, craggy and crusty loaf. Natural burst from baking seam up, leaves each loaf with a distinctive form.

Crumb is light golden brown, slight open irregularity. Soft & tacky to touch.

Made with a porridge of a variety of surplus bread, the flavour profile has an array of sour, malty, creamy and roasted notes.
